Disgusting service. Will never open an account with them ever again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I had overpaid my account and YDE refuse to refund me and have made me run around for 3 months now. They requested forms and bank statements which I provided to issue the refund. I was told my bank statements are older than 3 months which they were not at the time. after many emails I called in to the call centre where o was told that my refund was initiated and that I needed to wait 14 working days for it to reflect. After waiting a month, there was still no refund. I then sent another email in which I got the response that I needed to go into the store for the refund. I go to the store and they tell me that that call center says there a more on their system not to issue me a refund. How ridiculous. Now I’m spending money running around and I still have no refund and no response from YDE. They are holding money that does not belong to them which is not right and *******. They have now been ignoring my emails and there’s no resolve. I want to close my account because of the disgusting service but I can’t do that either because they are not responding to me or refunding me.
