Disgraceful Staff member

So today in yde went to open a acc, asked to talk to someone lady came out while she was hanging clothes behind her counter a gent was there with her helping another customer. She approached me while I asked I want to activate my acc, she complained in her language as my husband understands her language. Complaining to open my acc. Hunny one thing ur job is to help ok understand that, number 2 put a smile on ur face even though u don't want to but to mumble thinking we don't understand you. You don't deserve your job or a salary working at YDE. Give the job to someone who wants to work. Thank you to the gent & Manager after he came out after everything was sorted he was so super friendly and super helpful and made me feel so welcome. Thank you for that.
