Disappointing Service

Good day

I ordered a dress on the 30th of November. Order Number - ***. I received a SMS on the 03rd of December stating that my order would be delivered on the 03rd of December and I was to ensure that someone was at work to collect same. I arranged for someone to be present during the whole day, however the order was not delivered. I was contacted on the 06th of December stating that the delivery person was at my house, however they did not advise they was coming. They said they would return on the 09th of December so I arranged for someone to stay at home to receive the order however it eas not delivered. I contacted the courier company on the 10th of December and was advised that they would come on the 10th and contact me when they was at the address. So I arranged for someone to be present. The dress was not delivered. I tried calling the delivery person however there was no answer. I tried again and the call went to voicemail.

I'm so disappointed in the service.
