Credit enquiry made without my knowledge

YDE?? what is YDE I asked myself when I saw an sms coming through my phone telling me about the account application. Well today I received a call from an agent wanting to finalize an application that I made at clear water?? Something very new to me. I am here now with a credit enquiry on my credit report for something that I don't even know how it was done without me knowing. YDE is it a **** company or what????
