Card not delivered

They have an issue with delivering cards. I opened an account,they have not delivered my card for the 3 months . I sent YDE numerous emails and they fail to acknowledge and respond.

If someone else uses the card,I will not be responsible.

I sent so many emails asking for assistance,poor to no assistance. They have a don't care attitude.
