CARD MACHINE ERROR **** AT YDE SHOP, MADE TO PAY DOUBLE

Card machine was giving errors, swiped my card 3X, it kept rejecting, ended up paying cash, was told if the transaction went through my account it would auto-reverse as I had swiped multiple times automatically that transaction would not be valid. Few customers after me experienced the same challenge and I walked away thinking the problem would auto-correct except when I got home the transaction had successfully gone off my account and when I called the shop they told me to give it 48 hours the amount would bounce back into my account as the item reflects as paid in cash on their side. That did NOT happen and it has since been days of endless calls to the shops of me begging for MY money with them telling me they have paid it back to my account. I want my money YDE. I will not send you full my bank statement, the one page reflecting the one relevant transaction should suffice, POPIA! You send me the POP and my banker will trace that payment because it is definitely not in my account. If this has happened to 20 other customers it mean you guys are claiming *****ulent profits and this cannot be allowed... I cannot pay double for one item, please pay back my money.
