Body Shaming, Disgusting service and failure to take accountability.

Hi There,

I asked my sister in law to return a defective clothing item, I had asked her to buy the dress for me and when I tried it on the stitching and the feathers fell apart at your KOLONNADE store. The staff refused to accept the item on the grounds that they allegedly sold it in suitable condition, I asserted that its their word against mine.

They further stated that the person who tried on the dress is BIGGER and this caused the dress to tear. I am a size small, size 32 and I run and workout a lot. This is besides the point, the comment is a clear attack and failure to render satisfactory services

Further, if this was the case, the rejection of the return of the dress is IN contravention with the consumer protection act.
