We acknowledge receipt of your post received via our Facebook page and were truly concerned to read of your recent experience in our store.
Whilst YDE security guards are employed by an independent contractor to YDE, they are mandated to uphold the international service standards which we expect from all staff as well as our affiliates.
We believe that one of our consultants has contacted you to apologise for your experience and has further escalated your concerns to the Area Manager to address with both the Store Supervisor and the management team of the security company.
We completely understand your frustration and wish to once again apologise on behalf of YDE. We can assure you that we view issues of misconduct in a very serious light and this matter will be addressed in earnest.
Yours sincerely,
Lynn
