Bad Service

I bought a dress for my daughter’s farewell party 30 November 2023 but unfortunately she got sick and couldn’t attend the farewell. She stays with her dad in Gauteng and I stay in North West. I only got the dress back today and tried to get a refund from YDE Mall of Africa but was unable to. I was told that it’s way beyond the exchange/ refund policy time frame. What should i do with the dress now????
