Bad service

I app**** for a YDE account , I had an account before I was provisionally approved. A gentle man called me today to do an affordability assessment, I explained so nicely to him that my loan , credit card and retail accounts are all credit bureau expenses and he should not add it to my expenses that I am paying because it will come up as double and it will affect my affordability. He refused to take my advise and added it to my monthly expenses and the application declined on affordability. Really now !!!!
