Bad Quality NOT Proudly South African
<p>Hi YDE, let me start by saying i am on of those people who love your clothes and always support SA initiatives, I bought a pair of shoes on the 24 August and I have used them literally once, but the straps kept on coming loose, and it was very uncomfortable, the heel also felt very unstable, my poor toe was very sore after removing them, I am not happy at all with the quality nd would like to return them, paying R1000.00 for a shoes I expect that the shoe would at least support me, this buy was unortunately not a good show for what YDE stands for</p>

At YDE, our aim is to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise, this being said, we recognize that at times quality inconsistencies may occur. Please be assured that should the shoes have a manufacturing fault and are returned six months from the date of purchase, provided that all criteria of this policy are met , we will gladly either refund or replace them at your discretion.
