BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I got into the store at exactly 17:50 to buy a dress for my work year end function. I was then instructed by the security lady and the store assistants that they closing at 18:00 and that they can't help me, bare in mind that I was in the store already. Some of the store assistants said in the background that when it's time for them to knock off they don't make any compromises, that they become very rude to customers.
