BAD BAD SERVICE ...UNBELIEVABLE

YDE I am very disappointed ,I bought a two piece on the 09/09/2021 worn it once and it was torn.I took it back on the 13/09/2021 as I was not happy. I took it back to Eastgate Mall I was told I must take it back where I bought it Mall of Africa .If I don’t take it back to Mall of Africa they will take the item and send it back to the Desinger I must wait for 7 days they can’t refund me .I must wait. I waited for 7 days no feedback went to the store After 9 days Sebenzile who I was told she is a store manager said they have not received any feedback they are still waiting .She called the next day and said the designer is still waiting for courier after 10 days... This is nonsense

I have been your client for so many years and I must say this is very disappointing I’ve always wanted to support our designers but after this I will never set my foot at YDE again
