Annoyed with accounts
Paid account on 4 feb now im getting smses that contradict each other. YDE SMS Statement as at 19-Feb-19: Arrears R80 Amount Due R460 Payment due date 03-Mar-19 Balance R1,654. Thank you Mr Fourie.
Then just after that
ATT: YDE amount due and payable TODAY: R460 to prevent handover / further action and a poor credit profile.Tel: ********** 044
Seriously i havent even recieved a statement in months and it's supposed to be emailed. I get a sms now saying pay by 3 march and 2 seconds after that pay today or be handed over ***??? How must i know how much to pay in any case if i dont get my statement emailed as requested when account was opened.

We acknowledge your frustration regarding communication concerning the status of your account. However, when payment commitments are not met, correspondence is automatically sent to remind you of the status of your account. It also serves to inform you that we are concerned that the account will incur late payment fees and that your profile held with us and at the credit bureaus would be negatively affected.
We regret that these forms of communication were not received in the manner in which it is intended; and confirm that one of our consultants have been in contact with you to apologise for any upset caused in this regard.
Furthermore upon your request, your account information has been amended with your current email address and the option to receive statements via email on a monthly basis has been activated. We believe that this matter has been resolved in the interim.
