Account not closed after numerous requests
I asked for my account to be closed in February 2020, I was then informed that my request was processed and my account has been closed. Fast forward to June 2020, I discover that the account was not closed as requested. I had to follow up a number of times and till today, I don't know why they **** about the account being closed, I don't know why it wasn't closed.

02 Jul 2020, 20:36I've read that response enough times to know that it's a copy and paste with no actual though put into it. Please send me an official letter stating that my account is closed. I'd also like an explanation why it was not closed as requested.
