Above and beyond customer service
<p>I would like to comment Sphiwe at the Rosebank Mall store for her exceptional service. After struggling to find a dress in all your other stores, I called this store and Sphiwe was a superstar from the first "hello". There were 2 dresses reserved for customers but she sourced the dress for me and kept me informed at every stage. I had the hard to find dress in less than 4 hours. Sphiwe, you are the best! Thank you for the awesome service!</p>
