Unauthorized debit order

Just received a debit order from them of R95 without my permission these people are costing us dispute fees and what they are doing is wrong bcs they are debiting from our banks without authorisation and our banks are letting them do that. I mean I need to approve every debit order that will go off my account no matter how small it is
