Bad ice coffee

I have never had any bad customer service from this branch. The staff is always friendly. I am however dissapointed in the Iced Coffee I bought yesterday. I decid3d to go back to the store the nect day to advise them. The lady at the till told me there was a problem with the machine andI should speak to the manager about it. I showed him a pic. He refused a refund and said I should of brought it back or called the same time. So I must take my time to call or come to the store ? I suggest you make your coffee properly. Its not about the R12. The fact that you could not make a simple business decision to replace a everyday customer,s coffee is very pathetic.
