Good afternoon, I hope you are well. I am writing regarding a purchase I made at Xpresso @ Oribi Plaza, Port Shepstone, at approximately 12:35 today. I bought a chicken and mushroom pie along with a few other items. Unfortunately, the pie was not up to the usual standard. It appeared undercooked, had little to no filling, was cold, and very hard. I normally enjoy supporting Xpresso, as the food is usually fresh and of great quality. However, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe the pie may have been old. Please find photos attached for your reference. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter. Kind regards
