Xpresso coffee shop East Rand Mall standard has gone down

The Xpresso (R10 for every item) coffee shop in the East Rand Mall was a great business when it started. I support them quite often. However, the store the last 2 months has become quite dirty and untidy. The walls need to be painted as paint is flaking off everywhere on the main wall, and the tiled floor seriously needs some Domestos as it is filthy. The sales staff behind the counter have become less and less friendly/helpful in last 2 months or so also.
