Breast cancer awareness 💕
Someone bought me a coffee today at your Southgate Mall café, and I noticed the cup was a different colour. When I looked closer, I got so emotional 🥹💕 I absolutely love what you've done with the pink cups in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture!

Women staff are always looking miserable
The ladies at xpresso ottery branch is very unprofessional, Always look like they not in the mood to work or like a customer is bothering them by wanting to purchase , it’s cost nothing to actually smile and make customers feel welcomed , I purchase there almost everyday but I always get an unwelcome experience, if you don’t like your job then you don’t have to show it to everyone

The ladies at xpresso ottery branch is very unprofessional, Always look like they not in the mood to work or like a customer is bothering them by wanting to purchase , it’s cost nothing to actually smile and make customers feel welcomed , I purchase there almost everyday but I always get an unwelcome experience, if you don’t like your job then you don’t have to show it to everyone

Mouldy garlic knot
Bought a garlic roll & figured it had mould on when i got home When i contacted Xpresso i was informed nothing can be done coz i dont have the slip, yet i took a photo of it on the xpresso packaging and sent my bank statement for proof. No apology even!!!

Stale old doughnuts
I was served stale doughnuts, which were clearly not fresh. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member and politely requested a fresh doughnut, explaining that I had seen a fresh batch being prepared in the back, she ignored my request and simply replaced it with another stale doughnut from the same batch.

Xpresso Cafe
The Xpresso in the Malvern Park mall insists on using sugar containers that have lost the straw like stem that makes disbursing sugar easy. I asked why these containers are being used as is, reply received was " it is like that" Staff there are more interested in discussing their home issues. Compliments to the Xpresso in Churchill road for the better service

Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service from a manager (Carrol) itself at Xpresso Cafe renting at Rosebank College PTA!! She explicitly said she is not going to assist a staff member and that she should return to her office rather then assisting first and explain a way forward. Delivering poor customer service infront of students also.
