XPRESSO CAFE PAROW CENTRE

To whom this may concern I had the most unfortunate incident at your Xpresso Parow Centre branch in Cape Town. I am deeply disappointed in the service and Ill treatment I received from your barrister working on the 14 August 2022.

After tasting my Cafe Mocha I realised that it was extremely weak and asked politely if I may please have a little extra to make it taste better. I had also taken an extra cup to place my cup in as the density of the cups is thin and one tends to burn one's fingers ( I understand this is a cost to company issue) However I was then shouted at for requesting more chocolate powder and using an additional cup. I find this behaviour unacceptable as a pleasant helpful customer experience would have encouraged me to return to your store. As a loyal customer since the inception of your company and the compassion for supporting small business in this difficult time I will no longer be supporting this branch.
