Xpresso Cafe Howard College - No punctuality

While the staff at Xpresso Cafe Howard College are polite, they fail to open the cafe timeously. This is a regular occurrence. The storefront says that the opening time is at 08:00 am however, I found myself waiting for them to open at 08:25 am. Their unpreparedness and lack of punctuality is evident.
