Xpresso bad service and marketing

Very disappointed with xpresso cafe n1 city mall, my wife bought the xpresso coffee mug because she enjoys the jogurt and musli and was told she can buy the mug and just have it refilled everytime she purchases the jogurt and musli, instead of having to use the throw away ones supp**** by xpresso cafe.

She has been purchasing her jogurt and musli numerous times and using the xpresso mug to do so only to be told on our last visit that only items mention on the cup print is allowed.

No where on her cup does it state only items on cup allowed in mug.

She does not drink coffee or tea etc and only enjoys the jogurt and musli from xpresso as a desert beverage.

The cup is now useless 😑 😒
