Shocking Customer service

I was at N1 City Xpresso Cafe and was sickened by what I witnessed. I was in the shop earlier today with my friend when the man at the counter started shouting and verbally abusing the poor girl behind the counter. I am absolutely shocked at the way he spoke to her infront of customers. He swore and spoke to her like she was worthless. This is unprofessional and unacceptable .I detest going back where I might be subjected to such behavior from the man. He is not fit to be public facing when he has no respect for the customers or his fellow workers.

If I was you I would sort this out very quick, as a women I feel I should have intervened but due to his aggressive approach and attitude I rather left to let you management know its unacceptable and something must be done. I hope the poor girl is ok.
