Mouldy garlic knot

Bought a garlic roll & figured it had mould on when i got home

When i contacted Xpresso i was informed nothing can be done coz i dont have the slip, yet i took a photo of it on the xpresso packaging and sent my bank statement for proof.

No apology even!!!
