Disappointing service/ rude staff

For the past 2 years I have been going to the Xpresso cafe in Gateway mall. And I was always happy when being served by the guys there, they are fast, consistent and provide excellent service. However when the ladies are out front the service just goes down the drain, the queues become long for no reason and they give the wrong orders, at first I understood that they might be under pressure because of the queue so I let it go but this week, on Tuesday there was nothing that could’ve made me feel sympathy for them when they gave me the wrong order. I went to return it and they were fine with it, until the lady who was serving me went out to the back and I overheard them saying “uyahlanya” meaning crazy because I returned it 2 hours later. When she came back I confronted her and she was speechless because I did hear what they said.

I’m very disappointed with the ladies that work there, my colleagues have also had several encounters with them and they actually preferred me to order for them if the ladies would be out front. I am not going back there, it has been a good 2 years and I ordered the same thing every day which was the hazelnut cappuccino and a pepper steak pie or a bran ****in.

Also I couldn’t eat what I exchanged because who knows what they put in it after saying all those things!? We all know how people in the food industry pay revenge if you complain about your order.

It’s worse that my favorite assistant who was always so pleasant to speak to no longer works there his name is Tom.
