COMPLAINT XPRESSO CAFE BRIDGE CITY

Worst experience of my life. In fact the manager should go back and train his staff and supervise at all times. XPRESSO CAFE Bridge City Mall in KwaMashu is definitely the pits. From the male staff who always flirt and ask females out to their service it's bad. Honestly, the only proper Xpresso is the one in Gateway. Please do look into this matter and train your staff to always be professional at work, the male staff are perverts. As for the bad experience, I bought a muesli this morning and it had strands of hair💔😭 I've never been disappointed. The last time I bought a bran ****in, it was burnt and tasted like glucose. The ****ins are always a no no at Xpresso BridgeCity. I am furious, disappointed and I'm never coming back again.
