Bad Service at Adderley Street Xpresso

To whom this may concern I have had the unfortunate experience of being insulted by one of your staff members at your Adderley Street branch after enquiring for the second time this week as to why the opening time clearly states 6am and yet at 6h15 the shop was still not open for business. The woman on duty became very defensive when I enquired about the opening time to the point that she was actually being rude. I suggest the owners do a surprise visit to their store as they are clearly losing the revenue with such behaviour. I expected more from this branch as I have only had great experiences at every other Xpresso branch in Cape Town.
