Bad service

I'm beyond disappointed at the service my partner has received at Xpresso Cafe in Pietermaritzburg at Church Street, firstly the employees are not friendly secondly my partner went there more than 3 times to get a Muesli with plain yoghurt he was advised the store only serve a yoghurt that is opened for the day, what happened to prioritizing the customer's needs, for 3 days there was no plain yoghurt, this is not acceptable
