XM Broker **** Alert

They have literally no service available. They refuse to credit my deposit of R2000. The deposit was made on the 19 march. And for the whole week I tried to get my money. Now I don't want the money but I want to make sure others don't get ****med by this company. First they asked for the pop, I sent it. Then they insisted the deposit was properly credited. I then showed them that I made 3 deposits on the same day of R2000. Then they asked for pop for the other 2 which I sent . They still refuse to return my money. But now they asked for bank statements which I sent. They still refuse to return my money. So I don't need the money. And I don't want any correspondence from them. Just avoid this company. They have no customer service thats easily or readily available. At fitst they just tell U to wait for customer service to get back to you repeatedly
