XM broker terrible service
I opened account with the broker and on the 14th of September made a deposit through their application which connected with the my banking services. Transaction was successful but it didn't reflect on the XM account. Made follow-up with XM, they then requested proof of payment which I supplied and then bank statement, which I find ridiculous as proof of payment alone has a lot of data on it to proceed with the investigation. Payment still not reflecting as of today.

Their service has been exemplary, and the support provided by their staff has been outstanding. I believe that XM Global’s Business Development Manager, Mr. Andile Sixaba, runs a highly capable and professional office. New traders are assigned dedicated representatives to ensure that their needs are properly addressed. I was assigned Ms. Tahleeya, Client Retention Manager, as my support representative. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional efficiency, patience, professionalism, and product knowledge. Her assistance has greatly reduced the stress sometimes associated with trading. Through her office, I was also informed of XM Global’s association with Forex VPS and its potential benefits for traders.
