Even though I can boast a substantial experience in forex trading and actually trading other markets as well, I still can have questions about the platform if I face it for the first time. This what happened with the XM broker. I really couldn't understand precise pricing conditions, swaps, commissions and other stuff. For this, I had to contact customer support to sort things out. Fortunately, they have reacted promptly to my inquiry and gave me detailed answers about swaps & commissions. Now I, of course, have already understood everything and trade profitably.
