I like my overall trading experience with xm broker. There were no flaws from their side. The customer support was responsive and friendly in their replies. For me, the quality of customer service determines how well the overall service works. As for trading conditions, I can`t say something good or bad about them, they were acceptable enough to don`t care at all.
