Horrible ****mers

If you ever want to deposit your money into a ****mer, deposit your money with XM . They automatically placed loosing trades on my account with an EA I didn’t install. I queried this they said they will investigate. After a week with no response from them I followed up now they saying I must query this with the EA PROVIDER, how when I’m not the one who installed the EA THAT PLACED TRADES?
