I am surprised with their educational content. You know, I have run through dozens of brokers, but have never faced such a comprehensive edu section with live education videos, tutorials, insights, trade ideas and evertyhing else. The broker has a stake in growing professional traders, actually.

I use trade ideas, just because they supplement my analysis, but I am sure that rookies benefit from way more educational instruments than me. It would be interesting to talk to those who work with the xm broker and has acquired certain skills. Just to understand how they developed.
