X-Link have never attend my fault which was logged early morning by reference number XLI-152880-B4Z8, as X-link modem was faulty according to call centre and they told me it will be attend within 01 to 09 hours but because X-link is not competent they have never attend the call, the grief and frustration we have to suffer and seeing customers are going back because my verifone machine not working, and X-Link was not worried at all I asked John at call centre that I want to speak to Manager, and manager never came on the line, X-Link well done by giving us such a poor service and no service.
