Xinran and track 17 I made a purchase on Facebook o this page Celia Osborn with croc sale Purchase date 1812/23 followed the tracking app upto 22/01/24 the date my parcel was supposedly delivered to my adress but I did t receive any thing follow up on the day with the support staff via email to chondriteoolovia @gmail .com Spoke to Ginette via mail back and forth where they insisted the parcel was delivered shownedme tracking and I'm saying the parcel didn't track me i ask for signature of person supposedly accepting which they can't produced instead show me thetrac17 app where it say delivered we back and forth where I ask my money back then they offers me 20% I refuse they went up to 30 anyhow at 40% I'm insisting they give me full refund unless they can give me signature of the person who signed but it's just a back and forth Need urgent help with thiss
