Bank feeds not refreshing

I had a problem with the bank feeds not refreshing. I received a support call, they logged on onto my pc and helped me with the sequence the works best with the bank feeds. Tip: Stop all the bank feeds and only then enable the bank feeds again. Once I had a stable internet connection Xero could connect with the bank and bank feeds are now refreshing.
