Xero has no idea how to fix their own bank feeds.
Am i the only person that has no joy with this company? For over 2 years they are still not able to fix my bank feeds. The lack of expertise is shocking. This means you are paying a monthly premium for something that isn't working and everything has to be done manually.

Do your research, there might be better companies out there
Be careful giving them your bank details since even after you cancel the subscription and stop using the service, they can still charge your bank card. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, they are going to take your money without looking into the details and providing decent customer service. Xero.com Service levels and promises
Xero South Africa I must say is one of the most difficult companies to deal with and to try and get ahold of assistance. They also make promises that cannot be delivered and only throw the problem back at you.

Xero is a lesson in creative accounting and lack of integrity
Xero offer a 3 month trial period - but invoice you regardless from day 1. When querying the invoice they claim that it is only valid if a promo code (which isnt sent) is used. go figure - Nice business model

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT
We have been using the system for a year , with the notion of it will get better. XERO - where is the support?
These Cloud-based accounting package companies are truly "amazing" - and not in a good way!
They "push" professional accountants like myself to use their products, do not have any telephone numbers for professional accountants to call so they can talk to a person, rather than an automated support call logging process, and leave accountants "in limbo".

Great product that allows business to grow
I'm very happy with my accounting package with Xero. It is quick, easy to use and efficiently build. The features are great and I have total control over what I need to do, the adjustments and edits I need to make and getting the right setup going so that as my business grows, it is enabled by the already put in place financial infrastructure that matches. Overall, a pleasure to work with the software.

Business Unethical
This Company have Zero contact details. They have done nothing for our business Bubbles Learn 2 Swim. They keep on doing a debit order, but no where can you cancel your subscription. We want refunds for all the money that they have stolen from us!!

2FA - Xero scores a zero for client relations
