Dissatisfied with upgrade phone delivered.

I am dissapointed with the service I am curretly receiving at Cell C, I ordered a Blue, P30 lite 128GB, but was delivered a Black, P30 lite. This is the second time I am receiving an incorrect phone delivered from cell c. It seams that this is the system Cell C uses to most service providers.
