Bad Communication and Terrible Delivery turnaroud time

This store used to be good. Last time I ordered from them was in 2010, and I got my contact lenses the next day. Now, I ordered on July 26, and I still have not received my lenses. Somebody called me with a Private Number on 2 Aug, and said I would get my lenses no later than 4 Aug. But nothing has happened. I've send multiple chats because they don't have an email address or a phone number, but nobody has come back to. I've asked them numerous times to cancel the order and refund me my money, but still, nobody comes back to me and nobody cares. I've told them that I've already ordered and received my contact lenses from a different supplier so they need to cancel that order. I'm at the point where they can shove that money, but a word of warning to other people: NEVER BUY FROM THECONTACTLENSSHOP.CO.ZA EVER!!!!!
