* I find it extremely unprofessional that your company is unable to respond to no less than 2 of my emails. * Your company provided no email acknowledging my payment or confirming my order There was no email to advise that my order is on hold due to a particular reason. More than a week later, I discovered that my order is on hold due to non-submission of my prescription.
