Product not as advertised

My parents saw Capetread advertising on FB and it showed amazing reviews. It was on "special" for R799. The FB page stated that this is a South African made product. My mom has knee osteo-arthritis so wanted to try it seeing as the reviews are so good. The product ended up coming from China, it is not a Capetread Surestep as advertised (it is a Aolike) and you can buy exactly the same thing on Temu for R115 (I just checked). I emailed them but no contact. No address. No contact number. Shameful to exploit people with painful conditions like this. Please stay far away from this company
