Useless company selling a product that doesnt work - CAS-230397-N1W2Y3

Useless company!!! I bought a data bundle which was activated immediately... It is now 2 days later and i cannot send a text message or use my data bundle but I am still being charged for failed text messages to try and activate imessage. I have spoken to the same 2 consultants over and over again who are completely unhelpful and provide no assistance. I have called at least 10 times during normal working hours only for the phone to be put down immediately because there are no agents even working the call center. The only feedback i have had in 2 days is to restart my phone which did nothing and that my request has been sent to the relevant team. Furthermore below is the request I sat typing on their support page only for it to fail because it says i dont have a valid case number which is the number they gave me. Case number (CAS-230397-N1W2Y3)

This is now the 10th attempt i have made to get an actual response from support I activated a data bundle 2 days ago and it still doesn't work. I cannot send text messages or use the data bundle. I keep being told that my request has been sent to the team but the only response i have received is to restart my phone which did nothing. I need this sorted out today!!!! The chat support is completely unhelpful extremely slow and do not provide any support. The telephone lines are just as useless as there is never an agent available so the call get dropped almost immediately. And on top of all this i am still being charged for all the failed text messages when trying to activate imessage because your service doesnt work!!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!
