Worst experience ever

If I could give a rating of zero I definitely would. I sent money to my parents on Thursday as there was an emergency. World Remit promises you that the recipient will receive money in minutes, never!!! Sent the money on 1 Feb and today is 4 Feb and says transaction is still processing. I am so disappointed also due to the fact that you can't even have direct contact with them (World Remit). I would not recommend this company to anyone rather you send money via other platforms, this is beyond disheartening!
