Worst Company to send money abroad

Stay as far away as possible from this company!!!!! Its is a terrible experience to TRY and send money via them. Their chat agents promise to send you an email that you never receive (in my case on 4 different occassions). They ask multiple times for ID to be sent to them just to inform you that they never received it. Then the transaction status will state that money is ready for collection, but when the receiver enquire, the money is not available.
