Worldremit ****med their customer

I sent money to Tanzania from Finland, and they couldn't deliver it, after 2 days of not deliver it, i had to cancel the transaction. After i cancel the transaction, they first told me to wait for 7 working days...after 7 working days, they told that they have just cancelled it so i should wait another 7 working days... after another 7 days(that is 14 working days), they told me that they have refund the money!! I contacted my bank and for 3 days they have looking for that refund from WorldRemit but they couldn't find it, so they send email so i can forward to worldremit(the bank asked them for receipt/details of the refund transaction) but worldremit didn't even say anything about it but instead they asked me for my bank statement, and i sent them 3 times, but after they have received the bank statement, they run out of trick and excuses, so they stopped responding to me. I have decided to complain to their Facebook page where i found out that 90% of their customers are complaining about the same thing(not getting their refund back) so then i suggested to the other people that we should ask help from higher authorities, and that is when they started to hide all the complain comments. You can find that out of 154 comments is only 2 comments that you can see/read other comments are hidden because the comments are about people complaining that it has been upto to 4 months that they have been waiting for their refund and moreover worldremit have stopped responding to them
