WorldRemit could be Phishing, refund policy makes refunds impossible.

I attempted to send money (NZD100) from South Africa to New Zealand for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. Worldremit was recommended by someone who allegedly used them on more than one occasion to do international transfers because their fees are lower than the banks charge for off-s**** transfers. It didn't work out well for me. After about 3 or 4 days they requested that I upload my ID, which I was uncomfortable with, but did anyway , because it was an emotional matter. After 8 days, the transfer was cancelled, with no reason supp****. I waited for a refund, but it didn't happen. Their website is user-UNFRIENDLY, and keeps reverting to their FAQ section-their "Contact Us" link included. After 60 days I managed to chat to a Bot, then an operator, who insisted that I upload my bank statement (The operator was in the Phillipines). I refused. My privacy is worth more that NZD 100.
