Worldremit arbitrarily cancels legitimate transactions

I have had a Worldremit account for years with several successful transactions to the U.S. and last year to my sons account in Thailand. Yesterday I made another transaction from my South African Bank to his bank account in Thailand only to receive an email hours later saying that my transaction was canceled and my account locked. I find this not only disappointing because the funds are urgently needed there but insulted by Worldremits action which implies that I am trying to do something *******. Furthermore they state that they do not give a reason for this. If you suddenly decide that my account is ******* why do you not first contact me and ask for further ID verification to establish my legitimacy or somethinglike that? I am truly disgusted by this behavior.
